The house backs directly onto Greatstone beach. From here you have private access  from the back garden directly onto 3 miles of unbroken sand and shingle.

Greatstone Beach is one is of Kent's unspoiled secrets The Romney, Hythe and Dungeness coastline of Kent provides unspoilt scenery with a wealth of local activities and attractions for all ages.

Situated only 20 minutes drive from Folkestone, Ashford, ferries and the Channel Tunnel this region is extremely easy to reach but still gives you that feeling of "being away from it all". With wide expanses of flat sands, low dunes and open vistas Greatstone and Littlestone beaches have become world famous for kite and sand yachting activities.

The house has good off road car parking at the front for 3 or 4 cars.

Take full advantage of the local facilities without having to drive. Within a few hundred yards of the house we have a great fish & chip shop, pharmacy, two small supermarkets and pubs.

If you don't want to cook then both the pubs and an English and Greek restaurant are again within easy walking distance.
